What we do
Placement, for the roles that do not fill themselves
Permanent placement
Consultants, super-specialists and department heads. We work the specialities that are hardest to fill — intensive care, neonatology, interventional cardiology — where a general job board returns nothing usable.
International placement
Indian doctors into the Gulf and Africa. We know which licences move quickly — DHA, DOH, SCFHS, QCHP — and we shortlist on that, because a candidate who cannot be credentialed is not a candidate.
Locum and visiting
Short-notice cover when a rota breaks. Because notice periods are recorded on the profile rather than discovered on a call, we can tell you who is genuinely available this month.

Every placement firm says it has a database. Ours is searchable by meaning: a recruiter types “intensivist who can join within a month, open to Dubai” and gets people, not keyword matches. Doctors keep their own profile current, so what we hold is what is true today rather than whatever was on a CV in 2019.
